Todij Video Navigator is an Android app provided by TODIJ AI Technology Ltd. This policy explains specifically how the app accesses, uses, stores, protects, shares, retains, and deletes Google user data. Use of the app is also covered by the Todij Video Navigator Terms of Service.
The app requests the Google OAuth scope https://www.googleapis.com/auth/youtube.readonly only after the user chooses Connect YouTube and approves access. This permission allows read-only access to the connected user's YouTube account data. The current release does not request permission to create, edit, upload, delete, like, subscribe, unsubscribe, or otherwise modify YouTube account data.
Depending on the features the user chooses to load and the data available in the connected YouTube account, the app accesses:
The app does not request the user's Google password and does not request Google profile, email, contacts, files, calendar, or location scopes.
The app uses the data only to provide user-facing features requested by the connected user:
Google user data is not used for advertising, profiling, credit decisions, surveillance, or training general-purpose artificial intelligence or machine-learning models. TODIJ AI Technology Ltd does not sell Google user data.
TODIJ AI Technology Ltd does not receive the user's YouTube library data on a company-operated backend and does not share or transfer that data to advertisers, data brokers, analytics providers, or other independent third parties.
Google user data is handled by the following service categories only as necessary to provide the app:
The app does not permit TODIJ staff or other users to view the connected user's authorized YouTube data. Disclosure may occur only if required by applicable law; because the current release has no developer backend for this data, TODIJ normally has no copy to disclose.
Source lists and normally displayed cached results are treated as fresh for approximately 24 hours. Stored YouTube resource metadata has a hard local expiration of no more than 30 days unless refreshed from the YouTube Data API. Expired records are removed during app cache maintenance. Authorization tokens are retained only as necessary while the user remains connected and the authorization remains valid.
The user can remove local data sooner at any time using the controls described below. Uninstalling the app also removes its app-owned local data under normal Android behavior.
These actions delete data stored by Todij Video Navigator; they do not delete playlists, likes, subscriptions, videos, or other information stored in the user's YouTube account.
Users may also request deletion help by emailing contact@todij.com with the subject "Todij Video Navigator Data Deletion Request." We will respond with deletion instructions and complete deletion of any Google user data in our possession as soon as possible and within 7 calendar days. In the current release, Google user data remains on the user's device rather than a TODIJ backend, so the in-app Delete local data control or app uninstall is the direct deletion method.
Todij Video Navigator's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. The app accesses Google user data only to provide or improve the prominent user-facing features described in this policy.
The app uses Google authorization, Google Play services, and YouTube API Services to provide the account-library features described above. Their handling of information is governed by their own policies and terms.

If the app changes how it accesses or uses Google user data, this policy will be updated before the new use begins and users will be asked for any consent required by Google policy or applicable law.
