These Terms of Service describe the rules for using Todij Video Navigator, an Android app provided by TODIJ AI Technology Ltd for read-only YouTube navigation, search, sorting, and local workflow cache.

By installing, accessing, or using Todij Video Navigator, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
You are responsible for using the app only where it is lawful and for keeping your device, Google account, and YouTube account secure.
Todij Video Navigator helps you browse, search, sort, and open videos from YouTube sources such as playlists, liked videos, and subscribed channel uploads.
The current Android release is designed as a read-only workflow tool. It does not create playlists, edit playlists, delete videos, unsubscribe from channels, upload content, download YouTube videos, or provide offline playback of YouTube audiovisual media.
Some features require you to connect a Google account and approve the YouTube read-only authorization scope. You can disconnect the app locally in Settings. To fully revoke the Google OAuth grant, use your Google account permissions page.
Your use of YouTube through the app is also governed by Google and YouTube terms and policies, including the YouTube Terms of Service, YouTube API Services Terms of Service, and Google Privacy Policy.
Todij Video Navigator is not endorsed by, certified by, or affiliated with YouTube or Google.
The app may store app-owned metadata locally on your device, such as loaded source information and video metadata, to make repeat browsing and search faster. You can clear cache, disconnect locally, or delete local app data from Settings.

You agree not to misuse the app, attempt to bypass YouTube or Google restrictions, interfere with service operation, reverse engineer protected parts of the app, or use the app to violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.
You also agree not to use the app for downloading YouTube videos, scraping YouTube pages, redistributing YouTube content, or building unauthorized copies of YouTube data.
The app depends on Android, Google authorization, YouTube APIs, device connectivity, and YouTube account availability. Features may change, pause, or stop working if those services change or if quotas, account settings, permissions, or app updates affect access.
We may update the app, website pages, these terms, or related policies. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated terms.
The app is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, TODIJ AI Technology Ltd does not promise that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every user, account, source, device, or workflow.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TODIJ AI Technology Ltd will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, business, goodwill, or account access arising from use of the app.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
